I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond for their valued customers. I was pleasantly surprised when they fulfilled my request to leave a sweet note on the bed. It's evident that this hotel truly caters to their guests and the staff is willing to do whatever it takes to make them happy. The valet staff was excellent, and the front desk granted us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with nice finishes and everything kept very clean. Additionally, the location in the Cambridge area was convenient for visiting Boston and the surrounding areas.
